Shopify APP FAQs

Is there a free trial for your app, and how much does it cost?

There is no trial as  we offer a free usage or our app so that you can test its features and functionality before committing to planting trees. As for pricing, we do not charge any subscription plans and you only pay for  the level of trees you have sold when operating as a merchant. If the customer is paying as a donation then there is no charge to you. We charge £4.99 for every UK tree and £0.30p for every offshore tree. 

‍Does your app work with all Shopify themes and plugins?

We strive to make our app compatible with as many Shopify themes and plugins as possible. However, there may be some conflicts or limitations due to the specific configurations of your store. Please contact our support team for more information or support customer.serices@carma.earth.

How much is each tree?

Your overseas trees are £0.30p per tree and our UK trees are £5.
